Sarcoidosis mimicking sporotrichosis: An unusual presentation

Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous disease of unknown etiology that can mimic a number of cutaneous and systemic disorders. It is a diagnosis of exclusion and high index of suspicion is required in cases presenting with atypical features.
