Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of podophyllin resin VS cryotherapy in treatment of anogenital warts. Methods A total of 104 patients were enrolled, 52 in each group A & B. Group A was treated with cryotherapy and Group B was treated with podophyllin resin. Findings were noted in already devised proforma. Patients were evaluated at last follow up visit to assess results. Results 88% of patients in group a showed excellent results at the end of treatment whereas this figure was 8% in group B.
