Abstract

Idiopathic scrotal calcinosis is a rare benign condition which presents with asymptomatic multiple nodules on the scrotal skin. We report a 45-year-old Indonesian male, presented with multiple nodules on scrotum with variable sizes. Histopathological examination reveals extensive intradermal deposition of calcium surrounded by histiocytes and without cystic structure. Surgical excision of the nodules from the scrotal skin was done without any complications. And there has been no recurrence for the past six months at follow-up.
