A 21 year old female, HIV positive since 2008 presented with a multilobulated mass over external genitalia with ulceration of 3 months duration with bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. Histopathology was suggestive of alveolar cell rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS).
